By registering for any workshop hosted by scale.proindia.net, you agree to the
following terms.
1. The service
scale.proindia.net delivers live, online business-growth workshops and ancillary
digital materials including recordings, worksheets, and downloadable
frameworks (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legally binding
contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Service is intended for
business owners, consultants, and professionals; consumers using the Service
in a personal capacity are still bound by these Terms.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable
taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay and is
governed by Razorpay’s own terms in addition to ours.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not share access credentials, recordings, or downloadable
materials with any third party. - You will not record, redistribute, or commercialise any session.
- You will not abuse, harass, or defame any participant or host.
5. Intellectual property
All workshop content, frameworks, recordings, and worksheets remain the
intellectual property of scale.proindia.net. You receive a personal, non-transferable
licence to use the materials for your own business.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation
Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, scale.proindia.net’s aggregate liability
arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you
paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless scale.proindia.net, its officers and
contractors against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these
Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi,
India.
10. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
