Eligibility for Refund
The S.C.A.L.E. Workshop is a paid live-online programme. We honour refund
requests under the following conditions:
- Full refund — if the request is raised within
24 hours of purchase AND the workshop has not yet started. - No refund — once the workshop has started or any
digital materials (recordings, frameworks, templates) have been delivered. - Service failure — if we are unable to deliver the
workshop as scheduled, we will offer either a full refund or a free
seat in the next cohort, at your option.
How to request a refund
Email info@proindia.net with your full name, registered
email, payment ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds are credited
back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your registration at any time before the workshop begins by
emailing us. Cancellations after the workshop starts are not eligible for a
refund but the recording and materials remain available.
