scale.proindia.net is a digital service — there is no physical shipping involved,
but Indian payment-processing rules require a Shipping Policy page.
Digital delivery
The S.C.A.L.E. Workshop is delivered entirely online. Upon successful
payment you will receive within minutes:
- A confirmation email with the workshop details and calendar invite.
- A WhatsApp message containing the same details.
- Access to the private WhatsApp community.
Live workshop
The live joining link (Zoho Meeting / Zoom / Google Meet) is shared inside
the WhatsApp community 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A reminder
is sent 1 hour before the session begins.
Post-workshop materials
The recording and downloadable frameworks (ICP Worksheet, Dream 20 Target
List, etc.) are delivered within 24 hours of the workshop ending, via email
and WhatsApp.
Failed delivery
If you do not receive any of the above within the stated timeline, email
info@proindia.net and we will manually resend.
No physical product
There is no physical product, courier, or postage involved. Refunds, where
applicable, are governed by the Refund &
Cancellation Policy.
